Polwarth

Polwarth is just one of the many natural colored wool ecru fibers offered by Ashland Bay. This breed of sheep was developed from the foundation stock of 75% Merino and 25% Lincoln. The results are a fine fleece with a longer staple length. Polwarth fiber is 23 microns and has a staple length of 4-6 inches, 100-115 mm. This wool comes from South America.
