Superwash Blue Face Leicester Top (22lb)

Superwash BFL is just one of the many natural colored wool ecru fibers offered by Ashland Bay. These fibers have been superwash treated. This process chemically removes the scales from the wool shaft and then is treated with a softening agent to smooth out the edges that occur after the scales are removed. This makes the fiber and yarn spun from this fiber machine washable, without felting or shrinkage.
